1. Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement

   Privacy Policy. The Page is owned by MetroTube Sdn. Bhd. and all its related entities, affiliates and partner merchants. The Privacy Policy applies to the information supplied by you on this site pertaining to usage of Services provided on this Page. Our Privacy Policy, as it may change from time to time, is a part of this Agreement.

   Images. All images used in this website are solely for illustration purposes only; actual item / colour may vary.

   Limited Right to Use. The viewing, printing or downloading of any content, graphic, form or document from the Site grants you only a limited, nonexclusive license for use solely by you for your own personal use and not for republication, distribution, assignment, sub-license, sale, preparation of derivative works or other use.    Third-Party Merchant Policies. All rules, policies (including privacy policies) and operating procedures of Merchants will apply to you while on such sites. We are not responsible for information provided by you to Merchants. We and the Merchants are independent contractors and neither party has authority to make any representations or commitments on behalf of the other.

   Payments. You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us or from our Merchants that (i) any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes.

   Links to Other Web Sites. The Site may contains links to other Web sites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or opinions express in such Web sites, and such Web sites are not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy or completeness by us. Inclusion of any linked Web site on our Site does not imply approval or endorsement of the linked Web site by us. If you decide to leave our Site and access these third-party sites, you do so at your own risk.

2. Privacy Notice This privacy notice describe how we, MetroTube Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 411052-U) collected, used, and shared your personal information.

   Signing Up. When you Sign Up to our site, it is mandatory for you to provide us your personal data may include your name, identity card number, contact details, data date of birth, gender, marital status, nationality, preferred language, occupation and financial information. If you do not provide us with any of this information, we will not process your application and may affect our membership service to you. We also process other personal data such as your purchasing habits.

   We will be processing your personal data for provision of subsequent services such administer the membership programme and benefits such as extended warranty and insurance, customer service, collection of payments from you and issuance of customer vouchers.

   Billing and Account. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

   Website. When you register for an account or use the services provided through our website such as www.metrotube.com.my, we will be processing your personal data such as your name, email address, identity card number, contact detail, billing information and some demographic information such as gender and date of birth. It is mandatory for you to provide us with your name, identity card number, contact information and email address to register for an account and also to use our services.

   We will process your personal data for the following purposes:-

   to register an account with us;

   to process your orders and order fulfillment.

   to provide a more personalized experience on our website.

   When you visit our website, we automatically log your internet protocol (IP) address, your browser type and your access times. We utilize this information to conduct site performance evaluations, to see where visitors are coming from and to keep track of click stream data (the screens our users visit on our site). This data helps us to determine what content our members find most appealing so that we can maximize your enjoyment of the site. Log files are not tied to personally identifiable information.

   As a subscriber of our site, you may correct or update your personal data by clicking on the ‘My Account’ link at the top of any page, entering your ID, password and birth date when prompted and clicking the Edit Information button. The changes you make will be reflected in our databases instantly. If you wish to deactivate your account, you may contact our member services group through the ‘My Account’ section, or the ‘Contact Us’ section.

   Any request of access or correction of personal data may be subject to a fee and also to any privacy or data protection laws. Where you elect to limit our right to process the personal data, you may contact us in writing. For avoidance of doubt, the limitation does not include processing of mandatory personal data.

   We have the right to amend the Privacy Notice at any time and if we do so, we will post those changes on our website www.metrotube.com.my. By continuing to be our member or using our services, you are deemed to have accepted to the changes.

3. Product & Services 

   Prices. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. You may asking for new quotation of our product by email to sales.admin@metrotube.com.my.

   We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

4. Shipping & Delivery
   Pick Up Service. Pick up will be available after a second email will be sent to you shortly after (excluding weekend & public holidays) where your order will be processed and dispatched from our selected pick up point during online checkout. This may take longer during sales period. Majority of the product are entitled for pick up services, except for big items.

   Pick up will be available at the selected locations on Monday to Friday (except public holidays) from 9 am until 5 pm. In the event that you are not available to collect your order on the assigned date, please call 03-6185 5566 or email to sales.admin@metrotube.com.my

   Standard Delivery. Delivery will take from 7 to 14 working days upon confirmation of order (excluding weekend & public holidays) where your order will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Please note that this may take longer during sales period.

   Shipping fees is depending on the weight of the item and delivery location based on the shipping rate imposed by courier company. Basic installation will be provided without charges for purchases of bigger items, unless otherwise mentioned. A signature is required upon receiving your order as a proof of receipt. In the event that you are not available to collect your order on the assigned date, please call 03-6185 5566 or email to sales.admin@metrotube.com.my

   Once your order has been processed and packed, we will send you an email containing a unique tracking number for you to keep track on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. If your items have still not arrived or missing, please email to sales.admin@metrotube.com.my with all details information.

5. Cancellation Policy
   MetroTube reserves the right to hold or cancel any order with prior notice when deemed necessary.
   MetroTube will proceed with cancellation should circumstances below occur:
   • The item is not / no longer available
   • Pricing disputes arise
   • Product illustration differs from actual product
   • Payment failed or not received
   • Payment information could not be verified
   • The order cannot be shipped to the address provided or where the shipping address could not be verified
   • Violation of MetroTube’s Terms and Conditions
   • Cancellation initiated by the Customer
   • Any other unforeseen circumstances that lead to cancellation

   Upon cancellation, refund will be processed accordingly and might take up to 14 working days.
