We also recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect from one of our stores, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.

No cash refund except for no-stock item(s) . Refund process will take within 30 days.
No cash refund on any defective items. We will do exchange only.
No refund on issue for example on situations : change of mind or just don’t like the item. But, we are willing to help on you on exchange.
No refund on parcel bounce back to us. We do only store credit.

Most orders are returnable for exchangeable within 7 calendar days upon receipt if they are incorrect, damaged or defective.
Incorrect: The item is not the item you ordered. The model or colour is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items or parts inside the packaging.
Damaged: The item is found to be damaged upon receipt.
Defective: The product is not functioning as described by the manufacturer.
Exchanges of the item can be process and approved if meet the return requirement. If meet with all the requirement, you may email to us at sales.admin@metrotube.com.my and send your item to No. 20, Jalan SG 3/2, Taman Sri Gombak, 68100 Batu Caves, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.
Certain items are not eligible to be exchange once the item is already used and damage by the user.
Returned for exchange items must meet the following requirements:
- The item must be shipped back to us within 7 calendar days upon receipt (as proved by the postal or courier receipt).
- Item must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it. All packaging must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.
- All securely sealed items must not be opened, especially electronic items (unless our service centre can ascertain that they were found defective at the time of opening).
If meets all the requirements above and you wish to proceed with the return for exchange, please have your order invoice number ready and email us at sales.admin@metrotube.com.my. or call us at +603-6185 5566 for any enquire / questions.
We will verify the return and exchange reason and will arrange a free return pick-up for you. We will pick up the package at the time specified by you. We will conduct an evaluation within seven (7) days starting from the day we received your returned items. You will receive an email confirmation once the returned item is received from our end.
If your exchange is not valid, we will notify you and arrange the items to be returned. For the items to be returned, a delivery fee will be chargeable. We reserve the right to reject any return and exchange deemed unfit or unreasonable.
Please do not return your purchased item to the manufacturer.
This return policy does not apply to items that have been stated as non-exchangeable on metrotube.com.my website
Can I return a damaged or defective product after 7 calendar days upon receipt? If the item is covered by Replacement Warranty, you may contact us or bring the item to MetroTube Sdn. Bhd. to verify and process the return warranty accordingly.
