Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director; You will assist the director with a variety of tasks including day to day administrative and operation matters . For example travel arrangements, hotel booking, visa process, managing calendar and daily agenda, expense reports, and correspondence, driving the director to appointments, and attending and organizing meetings, assist in the exhibitions and fairs.

Responsibilities :

  • To carry out sonographic examinations including breast scan.
  • Monitor examination by viewing images on video screen, to evaluate quality and consistency of diagnostic images. Operating and adjusting ultrasound equipment to obtain high-quality images for diagnostic purpose.
  • Analyzing and interpreting sonographic images to identify any abnormalities or pathology.
  • Prepare preliminary reports and contacts referring medical doctor when required.
  • Ensuring patient comfort and safety during procedures by positioning them properly and explaining the process.
  • Participating in ongoing ultrasound training to stay current with advancements in ultrasound technology and practices.
  • Adhering to ethical and legal standards related to patient care and confidentiality.
  • Perform quality control checks on ultrasound equipment and to ensure that all imaging equipment is in proper working condition.
  • To undertake other duties and tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Medical Ultrasonography, and/or any related field\ recognized by the Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA).
  • Proficient in utilizing computer software commonly used for documentation and sonographic report presentation.
  • Proficiency in operating Ultrasound equipment.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting common software and hardware challenges in relation to the regular use of an ultrasound machine.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
