1. How to register for a MetroTube Online Account?
Simply look for the “Account” button, click on it and it’ll bring you to the Sign Up page. Fill in your details accordingly and click “Register”.
2. I forgot my password, what should I do?
You may go to ”Account” and click ”Forgot Your Password”. After that, enter your ”Email Address” and click ”Reset My Password”. Then you will be receiving an email notification regarding your reset password.
3. How do I change my information in my account?
First, you may go to ”Account”, enter your email address and password. Then go to ”Account Information” and you may change your details by selecting ”Change Email” or ”Change Password”.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
1. How do I track my order status?
You can track your order by clicking into the “TRACKING ORDER” button at the top of the page. Your order delivery status will be displayed in the page.
2. What shipping options does MetroTube offer?
We do offer several shipping options such as courier, home delivery and store pick up services.
3. How do I select the shipping option for my product?
All shipping options will shown during checkout.
4. What are the shipping fees/ rates?
Shipping fees will be shown during checkout and it is depend on the weight of the item and delivery location based on the shipping rate imposed by courier company.
5. How long does delivery take?
Delivery will take from 7 to 14 working days upon confirmation of order (excluding weekend & public holidays) where your order will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse. You’ll be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup.
6. What if I am not available when the package arrives?
In the event that you are not available to collect your order on the assigned date, please call 03-6185 5566 or email to sales.admin@metrotube.com.my to arranged at another time.
7. I have chose the ‘Self Collect/Pickup’ option. Where and when I can collect my order?
Operation Rules For Self Collect
- Monday to Friday (except for public holiday)
- 00am to 5.30pm
- Collect point only at No. 20, Jalan SG 3/2, Taman Sri Gombak, 68100 Batu Caves, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.

8. My items haven’t received yet. What should I do?
You can track your order by given tracking number to respective courier services or you can contact us at 03-6185 5566 or email to sales.admin@metrotube.com.my
9. Can I change my delivery address after my purchase?
Yes, you can. Just send an email to sales.admin@metrotube.com.my or call us at 03-6185 5566 to update your delivery address.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
1. How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply select the product(s) you’d like to purchase and add them to cart. Then fill in your delivery details if you’ve never shopped with us before, and proceed to checkout
2. Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?
Yes, a confirmation email will be sent upon completed payment.
3. I have ordered and completed payment. What should I do next?
Your order will be processed and you will be notified with a tracking number when your order is being delivered should you opt for delivery. For store pick up option, just wait for a notification from our side that informs you when your order is ready for pick up.
4. I am unable to add my selected item to my cart, why is this happening?
If your chosen item has disappeared from your shopping cart, it is most probably because it has run out of stock. Please refresh your page after 30 minutes for the stock to be updated. If the product still shows “in-stock” but you couldn’t purchase it. Please contact us for further verification.
5. If I added the item in my cart, does it confirm my booking on that item?
No, item added to cart is not confirmed to be the act of booking the item.
6. What are the payment methods available?
The payment options available are by iPAY.
7. How can I know if my payment is successful or failed?
For successful payment, a confirmation email from ipay88 will be sent to your email.
8. Which credit cards are accepted for payment?
All credit cards issued from major banks in Malaysia are accepted.
9. Do you keep my credit card details?
Any personal information you disclose to us is handled with the strictest confidence.
VOUCHERS & PROMOTIONS
1. How do I use my voucher code?
You may use your voucher code upon checkout and enter your voucher code to enjoy the discount
2. Can multiple voucher or discount codes be used at the same time?
No, only 1 code is allowed per transaction.
3. How long is my voucher valid?
It varies according to each promotion and campaigns we are running. Voucher validity is usually displayed within the promotion / campaign page.
4. What happens if my voucher is expired?
It will no longer be valid and deemed unusable.
